Being a good team leader isn't just about assembling the perfect crew, conducting espionage and fighting bad guys. It's also about showing your team that you appreciate them and spending some time to bond together as friends.
It's important to make sure your team gets plenty of rest and relaxation to prevent burnout. In the image below you can see me relaxing with some of my crew.
It may be tempting for superheros, especially those newer to the job, to fly around saving the world 24/7. However, as your team's leader you have to model a healthy work life balance and help your team understand the importance of cultivating relationships.
I encourage all new superheros to spend some time each day letting your teammates know how much you appreciate them - it will keep your team strong, decrease the likelihood of one of your teammates becoming a double agent and, most importantly, cultivate lifelong friendships.
