Hello Friends,
It's been a little while since I last wrote, so I decided to sit down for an update. The past few months have been truly blissful. Let me start at the beginning.
Even though everything worked out for the best with Hela, she caused a lot of destruction before I was able to get through to her. I spent a lot of time helping with the rebuild, and I was exhausted. Thor suggested I head up to the mountains for a few weeks of rest and relaxation, so I got myself a nice little mountain chalet in the snowy mountains near Frost Giant territory.
Upon my arrival, I was delighted. Snow is AMAZING. You can bound through it, rub your face in it, sled down mountains in it, build things with it - there seems to be no limit to what you can do with snow. One morning, I may have gotten a little carried away while bounding through the mountains. I caused a very minor avalanche, which hurled me down the mountain, far away from my chalet. I was unharmed, but found myself stuck in a snowdrift. Now, as you know, I have many special abilities. However, extracting oneself from a small mountain of snow is no easy task. As I was thinking through the best course of action, I looked up and saw a white fox looking at me quizzically. In all my years and many travels, I had never laid eyes on such a beautiful being.
She asked me if I could use a paw. I laughed sheepishly and gladly accepted her help. She bounded over to me and extricated me from the mountain of snow in almost no time at all. I thanked her profusely for her help and invited her back to my chalet for some mulled wine and a hot meal. We spent hours talking, laughing, and simply enjoying each other's company. From then on, we have been practically inseparable. The past few months with her have been truly magical, and I am looking forward to the adventures the future may hold.
